With top salesman accolades the last twelve of sixteen years, Rick’s career has been focused in the San Bernardino/Riverside County markets. He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and served as the 1998 and 2014 President of the SIOR. During his career, Rick has been responsible for the marketing of 55,000,000 square feet of buildings over 5,000 acres of industrial land with a transaction volume of over three billion dollars.
